Creative Strategist (Junior–Mid level)
We are looking for a creative strategist with strong presentation design skills, who blends structured thinking with imagination. Someone who enjoys shaping ideas, solving problems, and bringing clarity to complex stories. This role is ideal for someone with experience in an advertising, marketing or creative agency who now wants to deepen their storytelling craft and grow into a creative thinker for leadership.
You will work closely with senior storytellers to develop narratives, decks, pitches and campaigns that influence clients and their stakeholders.
Key responsibilities.
- Translate business goals into clear, compelling creative narratives
- Develop pitch decks, brand stories, concept notes and campaign frameworks
- Conduct research and insight gathering to inform creative thinking
- Turn loose ideas into structured story flows with guidance
- Bring stories to life through visuals, layouts and moodboards
- Review and refine presentations for clarity, coherence and emotional connection
- Maintain an organised library of references and storytelling frameworks
- Contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions and narrative development meetings
- Uphold a high standard of aesthetic judgement
Experience & skills required.
- 2 to 4 years experience in a creative, advertising or marketing agency
- Strong grasp of brand thinking and consumer insight
- Demonstrated ability to craft or support narratives for campaigns and presentations
- Good visual sensibility and understanding of layout, hierarchy, colour and mood
- Competence with Keynote, PowerPoint or similar presentation tools
- Ability to absorb feedback quickly and iterate effectively
- Strong research, synthesis and writing skills
- Curiosity, initiative and a collaborative working style
Nice to have.
- Exposure to leadership or high-stakes storytelling
- Basic design skills or familiarity with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Interest in psychology, culture, trends and behaviour
- Ability to sketch rough ideas or flowcharts to support thinking
- Background or strong interest in philosophy (not mandatory, but helpful for deeper thinking, framing arguments and structuring narratives)
